Nöbl teamed up with 11 independent artists to create animated loops for Thylacine's live.
My role was to design and and animate some parts of this piece.
As an electronic musician, Thylacine has the particularity to compose while travelling. In his last trip, he spend over three months exploring South America in an Airstream caravan and created a new album, Roads, made from his impression while travelling.
I was contacted to team up with 11 artists, under the direction of NŌBL to create a set of animated loops for Thylacine live set and in the video for “Condor”.

While travelling, Thylacine has stored a phenomenal amount of photo and video material for us to work with. The idea was to use mix media as a tool to embrace all those different media forms.
